This is actually a pretty good movie; four groups of people have life changing experiences (one kills someone in a hit-and-run, one is the woman who was hit, one has an affair, one fires an employee) and learn about Happiness and Life Not Being Fair and Dealing With It. All the stories are interrelated, a la Pulp Fiction, and not until nearly the end of the movie does the viewer see the sequences of events.

Not bad for a thinkie/talkie, good characters, and interesting situations, worth seeing.

Penalty for inappropriate behavior: Yet another movie where serious honey Matthew "Mr. Dimples" McConaughey just DOES NOT SMILE A WHOLE LOT. Sigh. What's the use?
