Okay, this is just plain silly fun. Kinda low budget, with a pretty amusing script (George Takei is the alcoholic doctor, and practically every word out of his mouth is a Star Trek joke, for instance), some decent special effects (and a lot of intentionally bad ones) and the basic Western plot: bad guys come to town, kill the sheriff, the son must take up the badge and take care of business.

But it's set on another planet, so along with the western theme there are ray guns and aliens and stuff. Oh, and Julie Newmar as Miss Kitty, a role that will make you laugh hysterically.

Sit back and laugh at this one. And it has a sequel, Backlash, that I'm going to have to see, just for the main character...stay tuned.
