This is the short review. The long
review contains SPOILERS.
A woman and her daughter take refuge in a security vault when robbers break into their house. This one was very, very good, edge-of-the-seat time; I think Mr. Otter has bruises on his hand where I kept clutching it. Good suspense, a little character building, enough to make Jodie Foster and her family more interesting than run-of-the-mill victims, and the same for the burglars. I'm not sure yet if Jodie Foster is a serious honey, or just a good actress, but whichever way the coin lands, it's worth most of the ticket price to see her alone. Reality police: nope, sorry, see the movie and then read the long review... |
